Designing composition

This is outdated stuffs. I planned this for a module last semester to be translated to traditional medium which turns up to be out of topic.Therefore I brush it up digitally recently.

Animatic for Adv 2D (Work in progress)

Here's something that I did for Adv 2D class so far. I hope to achieve emotional acting for my character animation.

Layout Continue

And so I try to continue with more layout each day, hoping that they stitch together to form a single world. 

It started with an image that came across my mind when I was getting to sleep, and I quickly sketch it out on paper.

Vivien helped me to clean up the lines digitally, and I finish it off with colours.

Layout

Although the first layout took quite awhile, but it serve as a good ground to come out with the second layout

I just spend the last few hours figuring out my layout and color for a key moment of my film.

For me, it took me quite awhile, because I was trying to combine a color scheme from the Feature film: Ponyo, Hayao Miyazaki and children illustration book: The Day I swapped my dad for two goldfish, Neil Gaiman, illustrated by Dave Mckean. however, there seems to have an issue here. Google seriously alter my color scheme upon uploading my pix. Therefore I only chose this lucky four that has no issue over color.
